Returns & Exchanges

At Cooluli, our hope is that you are always 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, in the event there is an issue, your product may be returned or exchanged provided it is:

  • In new and unused condition
  • With the original packaging and all included components (e.g., accessories, manuals, attached tags/stickers, cords, shelves, etc.)
  • Returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase.

Any product returned with missing components or damage to the original packaging may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping Policy

All orders qualify for free standard shipping. Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time
Orders are received and processed within two business days.

Possible Delays
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Missing Order
If you're missing items or a shipment, contact us within 20 days of ship date.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. There are two options available for returning your product:

  1. You pay for the return shipping (through UPS, USPS, or FedEx) and Cooluli will then credit you 100% of your original purchase amount.*
  2. Cooluli will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and deduct the cost from the credited amount.*

*Assuming the product is in compliance with the return eligibility requirements.

Missing Components

If you receive a product with any of the included components missing, contact us at Arrangements will be made to provide them once proof of purchase is verified.

Cooluli products are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase under our 100% Hassle-Free warranty replacement policy. If your Cooluli product fails within 1 year from the date of purchase due to manufacturer defects or workmanship issues, we will:

  1. Replace it free of charge and at no cost to you
  2. Assist with the return of the failed product, if needed
Policy Exclusions

Coverage excludes products:

  • That we determine, in our sole discretion, to be free of any material or workmanship defects or flaws
  • Evidencing excessive wear, misuse, or alteration
  • That show signs of improper care or storage, or altering or customization
  • Purchased secondhand or from an unauthorized seller
  • Outside of the covered warranty period
