Power

Blowing out the AC port doesn’t mean the unit is dead – it might still work. First, test the unit in your car (or a friend’s) with the supplied DC power cord. If that does work, you can purchase an AC-DC adapter to use the supplied DC cord to power your Cooluli. It must have a cigarette port and have a power output of 12V10A. A possible adapter to use is: http://a.co/d/246G5EY

Only Cooluli Classic 4L models can be powered with a (minimum) 2A power bank and come with an included USB cord for increased portability. When using USB power, the 4-liter cooler/warmer unit operates in ECO mode. (NOTE: do not use a computer USB port as they don’t output 2A.)
-
ECO mode is a low-power mode when the Cooluli unit uses less energy. Eco-mode only applies to the Classic 4L when using a USB power bank and the thermostat-controlled model, Concord, when the unit reaches the desired temperature.
-
For car or motor vehicle use, the engine MUST be turned on first before plugging in the unit. This precaution prevents a power surge that can lead to the unit overheating and/or becoming a potential fire risk. Refer to the “Getting Started” section in your User Manual. We recommend unplugging your cooler/warmer unit when the car engine is off, as it may drain your car battery.
-
Yes, you can leave your Cooluli unit plugged into an AC outlet in your home or office. We recommend disconnecting your Cooluli from your car or truck when you turn off your vehicle.
-
Unfortunately, we do not offer replacement parts, but you may be able to purchase an adaptor online. Please be advised that Cooluli is not responsible for aftermarket adaptors or cords used to power your unit, and using an aftermarket adaptor or cord voids the warranty.
Use & Features
-
Cooluli units can keep contents (food, drinks, snacks, medications, etc.) cool anywhere from 35° to 40° below ambient temperature. Ambient temperature refers to the temperature of the surrounding environment. For example, if you are in cooling mode, and your room is 75°F, the unit will keep contents cool at a temperature between 35°-40°F.
-
Only cooler/warmer units with a digital display, such as the Concord series, have an internal thermostat that can be set.
-
Shelves and container baskets on the inside door are removable. To remove, gently push the shelf up and slide it out. For removal on the 4-liter models, simply slide out the shelf and gently unhook the container basket inside the door.
-
Our thermo-electric coolers/warmers should not be used as a freezer. Cooluli units have the ability to keep things cool (or warm—depending on which mode you choose). Frozen items will cool down to 35° to 40° below ambient temperature. Therefore, if you put a frozen item inside your unit and your room is 75° F, that item will be kept at a temperature between 35°– 40°F.
-
It is normal for Cooluli units to get slightly warm in the back. Thermo-electric units have two sides, so when a DC electric current flows through the device, it moves heat from one side to the other to cool that side. Ensure there is at least a 2-inch clearance for necessary airflow and circulation.
-
Cooluli cooler/warmer units are not noisy thanks to exclusive EcoMax™ Technology—our unique cooling system that makes our thermo-electric units quiet yet powerful and efficient.
-
Of course! Many of our customers love Cooluli precisely for that reason.
-
The 4L, 15L, and 20L models feature a tight-fitting magnetic seal that secures and protects contents; the 10L models have a secure-lock door handle that is easy to open and close.
Other Questions

Yes, each Cooluli comes with a standard 1-year limited warranty. Please refer to the user manual or email info@cooluli.com for more information.

Our products are manufactured in China.

When connected to a USB cable, which operates at a lower eco setting, the unit can only cool to about 20° to 25° (Fahrenheit) below ambient temperature, so it may not be safe for medicine.
-
When the Concord reaches within a few degrees of your pre-set temperature in cooling mode, the Concord enters Eco Mode automatically by turning off an internal chip. This function is seamless to the user.
-
You can set the thermostat to your desired setting. The digital display can be adjusted to a range between 16°F to 149°F. However, because the Concord LDX is a thermoelectric unit, interior (cabinet) temperature depends upon ambient temperature. While the display may be set to 16°F in cooling mode, the unit may not reach that pre-set temperature. For example, if the ambient temperature is 76°F and you set the unit to 17°F in cooling mode, the lowest interior temperature that can be reached is 36°F since the interior temperature of this unit can reach approximately 35°F to 45°F below ambient temperature (performance and results may vary).
